Bushwalk & breathwork session in the Royal National Park, Sydney. Nature has always been a powerful source of healing for me, and there is something truly special about this national park that calls me back time and time again. This event will include a bushwalk with a breathwork session, some quite reflection time and journaling designed to deepen your connection to the natural world and yourself.
We’ll be departing from Kiama in our mini bus for a full day of fun and mindfulness.
Time will be confirmed, and exact rout will be decided dependent on weather and sea swell conditions guided by advice from the national park.
PLEASE NOTE; This walk is min level 3 grade walking track so please do not book this event if you are not of moderate fitness level and are not prepared to walk for most of the day.
What to bring;
Back pack,
min 3Ltrs of Water - a camel pack is advised
Hat & sun protection
Towel & swimmers
Lunch & snacks

This event will feature a breathwork flow session lead by master breathwork instructor Jemma Carson.
Followed by a relaxing soak in their incredible new multi-person sauna, cold plunge, and spas - an ideal evening of connection and wellness with like-minded individuals.
Never done an ice bath before? No problem, Jemma will be right there with you to guide you through the experience and help you Concore the cold. Having facilitated over 100 ice baths sessions - you are in the safest of hands.
